HOW LONG WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Once you have received your order confirmation via email, your order will be prepared in the following hours and if all the items are available it will be processed the next working day. You will receive the tracking number via email so you can follow the shipment step by step which, barring unforeseen circumstances, is usually delivered within 1/2 working days (3/4 days on islands).

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER AND POSTPONE THE SHIPMENT UNTIL I RETURN FROM HOLIDAYS OR A TRIP?

Of course, if you are absent for personal or work reasons and wish to postpone the shipment you can do so by indicating it at checkout in the delivery notes or by writing us via email or WhatsApp your name and order number and indicating when you will be available again at the indicated address. Please, let us know this option as soon as you place the order, once the order has been processed it will no longer be possible to stop or change the delivery times.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING DETAILS ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED?

You can only do this if the order has not yet been processed. Once the collection has been scheduled, it will no longer be possible to modify any data. Always check every detail such as address, house number, postcode, all your data to avoid incurring additional costs in the event of storage or return to the sender.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

The shipping cost varies based on the weight and volume of the items placed in the cart and is calculated at checkout. The minimum fare is €8. If at checkout you find an excessive value, contact us, there may be weight/volume discrepancies.

WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Collection is usually available within 24/48 hours of placing the order. After order confirmation, you will receive a second email notifying you that your items are ready for collection. You can stop by during the shop's opening hours.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU OFFER?

Orders can be placed using the following payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Google Pay, Paypal, Apple Pay, Satispay and bank transfer.

The only method not permitted is cash on delivery.

The prices indicated on our website are final prices in Euros and include all price components and VAT. Any shipping costs are added to them depending on the total cost of the order.

WHAT IS THE VALUE OF THE GIFT CARDS AVAILABLE?

We offer gift cards for the following amounts:

We will send you a code that can be used as a gift voucher equal to the selected amount, via email immediately after purchase. This code can then be redeemed by the recipient at checkout. Detailed instructions will be included in the email.

HOW CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?

You can easily redeem your gift card at checkout. Enter the code in the dedicated area ("gift card or discount code") to deduct the value of your gift card from the total order amount.

HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID FOR?

Our gift cards have no expiration date

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RETURN AN ORDER PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?

The refund value will be credited to a new gift card.

CAN PRODUCTS NOT AVAILABLE/SOLD OUT STILL BE ORDERED?

Only products with the "PRE-ORDER" icon can be purchased online even if the quantity is zero. Once you have placed your order, we will arrange for them to arrive and ship them as quickly as possible.
