Shipping and returns


Delivery to Italy and the Islands – 2/3 working days. Product availability times and shipping processing times of 1/2 days must be added.

No refund of shipping costs will be granted in the event of delivery times taking longer than expected. The ordered goods must be delivered within 30 days. Beyond this period the order will be refunded. However, within this period, the delay is not attributable to the seller but is the responsibility only of the courier to whom the goods are entrusted and who may exceptionally suffer delays in particular periods of overload or due to unforeseen causes.

When you receive your order, it is important to ensure that the package has not been damaged during transport. Always sign with "RESERVE" in case of fragile items. This check must be carried out at the time of delivery and in the presence of the deliveryman. If the packaging and/or product(s) have been damaged, note the defects and damage found on the carrier's list (open, damaged package, etc.).

If the damage is too great, we recommend refusing the delivery with a specific mention on the delivery note (rejected because opened or damaged at the time of delivery). The slip is an important justification so that MADAME GIOIA HOME (or the carrier) can compensate you through a refund or exchange.

If you notice these anomalies once the package has been opened, contact us within 3 days after delivery via email

Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the chosen shipping method, the country, the weight and the total volume of the items purchased in order to ensure the most correct cost possible.

If the courier is forced to make multiple delivery attempts due to "absent recipient", we cannot guarantee the integrity of the goods . Please always indicate a valid address with maximum presence during the day. If there are notes or instructions for delivery, they must be indicated together with the order.


The return or exchange of goods purchased directly in the shop can be done no later than 14 days from the date of purchase and only in possession of the original purchase receipt.


You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and you will not incur any costs for this refund.


In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 14 days

The goods are in the original packaging

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specification or clearly personalized.

The supply of goods which by their nature are not suitable for return, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or whose expiry date has expired.

The supply of goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and which have been opened after delivery.

The supply of goods which, after delivery, according to their nature, are inseparably mixed with other objects.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any goods which do not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.


You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. Therefore, we recommend an insured and traceable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.


If the merchandise was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive your returned product, you will be sent a gift voucher.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the gift giver a refund.
